WHAT IS CFC ENDURANCE?

A SUPPLEMENTARY STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR THE ENDURANCE ATHLETE.

MOST OF US HAVE BUSY LIVES AND DON’T HAVE AS MUCH TIME AS WE WOULD LIKE TO DEVOTE TO TRAINING. YOU NEED A WELL-DESIGNED, QUALITY WORKOUT, PROVIDING THE PROPER STIMULUS, IN AN HOUR OR LESS.

OUR PROGRAM FOCUSES ON INCREASING YOUR ABILITY TO CREATE POWER BY CONCENTRATING ON THE LARGE MUSCLES OF THE POSTERIOR CHAIN: THE HAMSTRINGS, GLUTES, AND LOW BACK.

PLUS, THIS PROGRAM IS SUPPLEMENTAL. WE STRIVE TO MAKE YOU STRONGER, MORE POWERFUL, AND MORE FLEXIBLE, WITHOUT KEEPING YOU FROM YOUR ESTABLISHED ROUTINE.
