WHAT IS CFC 45?

CFC 45 is a fun and challenging group fitness class that ANYONE at ANY fitness level can participate in.

 The design of our CFC 45 class is to create a fun yet challenging workout for the busy individual, in just 45 minutes. CFC45 is our version of “bootcamp”.

This session will begin with a dynamic warmup leading into a 30 to 35 minute workout. The workout will use circuit and interval training to deliver a well-rounded workout. CFC 45 will implement a variety of pieces of equipment and movements to keep workouts fresh.

Worried about not being able to do all the movements?

 All activities we will come across are scalable, but will help you build the strength to eventually get you to the point of achieving the movement. All of our coaches are glad to provide other options to the programmed movements.

All workouts are guaranteed to get your heart rate up and the blood flowing! 

These workouts vary from day to day. Some will focus more on aerobic movements, while other days it will be more anaerobic. There will also be a mix of isometrics and light weights to help build muscle and tone the body.

This class will help deliver great health benefits to a larger community of people and friends.
