Combine FITNESS & FUN!

This class is for kids between the ages of 5 and 13 years old.

Saturdays @10am

CrossFit Kids is designed specifically to apply CrossFit in an effective, safe, and age-appropriate way. It is geared to combine fitness and fun.

CrossFit will help your kids

  • gain camaraderie

  • improve school performance

  • experience life lessons

  • feel physical benefits

  • set your children towards a path of a lifetime of fitness.

This will be a normal 1 hour class. Parents are welcome to come watch or run errands with this spare time.
