Above is CrossFit’s theoretical hierarchy for the development of an athlete. Nutrition is the foundation of the pyramid. A pyramid needs a strong foundation, so if nutrition is deficient then everything above it suffers, as well.


Nutrition Coaching

Coach Lindsey is offering one-on-one nutrition coaching. She is here to help you find balance between your health, goals, and life.

Step up your fitness game and achieve some of those stubborn goals, by learning the basics of nutrition and how to have it support your fitness and lifestyle.

You will work directly with Coach Lindsey for one-on-one help.
