Our Recovery Room is a secluded area in our facility that promotes relaxation and recovery.

It provides access to tools that will kickstart your body’s recovery process, reducing inflammation, eliminating fatigue, and aids in injury prevention.

Our Recovery Room includes:

  • Filtered Ice bath tub

  • Sauna

  • Theragun massager

  • Hyperice massage ball

  • Foam roller

Our Recovery Room is open to Non-members. However, our CFC members do get access at a discounted price!
